Dear student,
You can migrate yourself to any other college in 2nd year after completing your 1st year with minimum 50% marks. However, the minimum percentage requirement, migration procedure and other requirements vary from college to college.
So, you would need to enquire about the migration facility in the college you are studying and where you wish to take admission in second year.
