Fashion designing is the art of the application of design and aesthetics or natural beauty to clothing and accessories. Fashion is rapidly becoming a bright career option for young aspirants. The course provides theoretical as well as practical knowledge about fashion industry.

Some part time post graduate courses in fashion designing are :-

• Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion Designing

• Master of Arts in Fashion Design

• Master in Business Studies (Fashion Management)

• Master of Design

Eligibility for Fashion Designing: -

• You should have bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities OR Diploma in Accessory / Fashion Design / FIT from NIFT only. 

It is not mandatory to give entrance exams for fashion designing courses. But there are some institutes which give admission in fashion designing courses through entrance exams. You need to contact those institutes individually.
