You can’t do fashion designing course after 10th because eligibility to apply any fashion designing institute is 10+2 only.
You can opt for various certificate and diploma courses such as Certificate Programme in Fashion Design and Clothing Technology, Diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology, Diploma in Fashion Designing, etc. after completing your 12th.

Basic requirement for get admission in India for fashion designing course is 10+2 pass with any stream from a recognised board or institution. So, first of all you have to complete your education with 10+2.
