Hi Falak, given your situation, you can do a diploma or certification to enhance your education and advance in your career. If your course in NIFT was an undergraduate one, then it is advisable that you do a post graduate course as well before you venture out to the job market. If you are unable to pursue a PG course, then you may work for a year or so and then complete your PG. If you further want to specialize, then you can do a diploma. So the best bet is UG + PG + Diploma/ Certification (in a specific field). Some of the relevant institutes include: Institute of Apparel Management (IAM), Pearl Academy of Fashion (PAF), North Indian Institute of Fashion Technology (NIIFT), Raffle Millennium International, Apparel Training and Design Centre, International Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD), International Institute of Fashion Technology (IITF), JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM), Sportking Institute of Fashion Technology (SIFT) and Sona College of Technology.
