Its a very good thing that you know what to do so early in life. You can surely undertake Mass Communication course in the undergraduate level. But it is always advisable to do a course in the graduate level that will open up multiple avenues for you in future (and not restrict you to one field). So, our advise will be to take up either Journalism or English Literature at the graduate level and then you can specialize in Mass Comm in the PG level. What will happen then is that post your graduation, you will know about various other avenues that you can explore (under Mass Communication itself) like PR, professional writing (you can be a script writer, for instance), photography, event manager etc.

However, some colleges that offer Mass Communication in the UG level include:

Lady Shriram College (DU), Indraprstha College (DU), St. Xavier's College Kolkata, Presidency College Kolkata, Lady Brabourne College, Kolkata, Indian Institute of Journalism & New Media (IIJNM), Bangalore, the Indian Institute of Mass Communication - JNU, New delhi, Garden City College, Bangalore etc.
