Eligibility Criteria:

Individuals who aspire to enrol in diploma or certificate level in German language courses should have completed their pre-university or its equivalent from a recognised university. Basic certificate courses require no eligibility apart from a high school mark sheet. Advanced level certificate courses will require students to already have basic certifications. Diploma and Post diploma courses require a 10th-grade mark sheet with English. Students also need either a certificate in German (Diploma) or a Diploma in German (Post diploma).

Admission Process:

The admission procedure for the certificate and diploma in German language courses varies based on the institute offering those courses. The qualifying marks vary depending on the university chosen by the student. In some instances, entrance exams are conducted to gauge eligibility. For the final selection, the shortlisted candidates will have to clear a personal interview after the entrance exam.

At the Postgraduate Level:

Eligibility Criteria:

To get admission into Master’s level German language courses, a candidate should be either a German graduate or have a degree/certificate/advanced diploma in the German language from a recognised University in India. Students who have even passed B2.2 or Mittelstufe 1 obtainable by Goethe Institute (Max Mueller Bhavan) are also eligible.
