College Facility

Classroom

  • All the classrooms of the college are well furnished with all modern facilities.

Laboratory

  • All labs are equipped with latest equipment's. A well-equipped computer lab in the Department of Computer Science and a computer lab with Internet facility in the Department of Physics.

Library

  • The college Library was built to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of the College in 1975. The formal inauguration of the Golden Jubilee Library was in 1981. At present there are 72,855 books and 195 periodicals. Special sections are maintained for Career guidance, Value education, Gandhian Studies and Kerala History. For convenience, department libraries for Science subjects are maintained in the Science Block.

Hostel

  • The college hostel facilities are three main hostels, one in the main block and the other two in the Science Block. The atmosphere in these residence halls gives a feeling of 'home away from home'. The application to these hostels may be given on the day of the admission itself. The college also has a Sports hostel for student sportspersons.

ExtraCurricular

  • The NSS wing of the college has organized activities according to the theme for the year- Health, Sanitation and Housing. The participants get a chance to develop a sense of Nation through corporate living and co-operative action. Volunteers who undergo the prescribed course of training will be given certificates from the University.
