St. Ann’s School of Nursing, Tuticorin was started by the Sisters of St. Ann (Luzern) and is now administered by St. Ann Society, Southern Province, Bangalore. Their aim that our student graduates are not mere nurses, but Florence Nightingale personified.

Classroom

  • All the classrooms of the school are well furnished with all modern facilities.

Laboratory

  • The School has adequate laboratory facilities for training the students. In view of starting B.Sc Nursing Programme, the laboratories are equipped and furnished with more than required articles, models, specimens’ Charts, Posters, Instruments, Computers, Laptops, LCD Projectors, OHPs, Slide Projectors, etc.

Library

  • The school library is equipped with 4430 books on various subjects which include more than 450 latest editions. There are also 1911 Indian Journals and magazines of 25 varieties and 2614 Foreign Journals of 29 varieties.

Hostel

  • All the students are provided with free lodging. Hostel rooms are adequately furnished and are provided with good water and electricity facilities. There is provision for indoor and outdoor recreation facilities in the hostel.
