Srinivas School of Engineering has developed good rapport with the industries and corporate sectors, and developing as a leading destination for the campus recruiters. At SSE, students are provided with an excellent module of Soft Skill and Personality Development Training Programs throughout the engineering degree program. Our students are competent in critical thinking, critical analysis, group discussion and job interviews. As our institutional goal is “Samagra Gnana”, our students are empowered with quality comprehensive technical education blended with social and ethical values. Our students are imbibed with punctuality, sincerity and high degree of learnability, which will prove their efficiency to their employers. Training & Placement Cell at SSE organise campus recruitment drives for B.E and M.Tech students by approaching the companies and industries. The placement activities are handled by an industrial experienced Placement Officer with the coordination of faculty representatives from each engineering department. Placement Cell at SSE bridge between the recruiters and students, and maintain students’ database, share it with the companies, coordinate with the recruiters for scheduling the recruitment process and to carry out smooth functioning of placement activities.
