Srinivas School of Business (SSB) is part of Srinivas group of colleges which was commenced in the year 1983 by A. Sharma Rao. SSB is an autonomous business management institute approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Karnataka State Government for its PGDM programs equivalent to M.B.A. Srinivas School of Business is one of the cardinal Institutes of management. The institute made niche for itself by imparting value – based education for the development of the society. SSB has a sacred objective to develop new methods and techniques in management education. The mission of the institute is to provide knowledge based technological education to the students and train them as a competent professional manpower with ethical values
Srinivas School of Business (SSB) provides Multimedia classrooms which are equipped with LCD projectors with multimedia compatibility for improving the effectiveness of class room discussions.
Institute has a Wi-Fi enabled campus. Students can access internet from any part of the campus through the Wi-Fi enabled (Wireless enabled) laptop computers. Students of SSB are provided with spacious computer labs equipped with 120 modern computers assembled specifically to suit the requirements of both Computer Science and Management students with Windows and Linux platforms.
Books are man’s best friends and the place where we can find these friends is library and SSB institute library has a rich collection of more than 15000 books in 920 different titles. Institute has a separate library for management books. Institute library subscribes over 60 Management Journals/Magazines and 20 Computer Science Journals/Magazines along with over 30 general reading magazines and newspapers. The Library is open for the use of students from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Institute provides separate hostel facility for out stations students. SSB hostel is well – lit out with basic amenities. Institute provides separate reading room for students, round the clock security facility, mess which provides mouth watering food for students.
Srinivas Group celebrates annual programs (Graduation Day, Founder’s Day and Annual Day) in the month of February every year in a grand manner for three days. These programs give students an opportunity to showcase their talents in front of whole Srinivas Group that consists of 15 component institutions. Away from the routine schedule of classes Cultural Programs will give the students to showcase their talents in addition to their Managerial Skills. Students will get an opportunity
Srinivas School of Business has a separate training and placement department for placement activities. The department is managed by Prof. Lahori, who has the expertise in training managers in the Industrial Undertaking before joining academic training of students for their all round development to suit the requirements of the industry. The placement department trained students mentally and make them competent for the industry. SSB placement department is well equipped with latest training modules and efficient training staff helps students in perk up their personality, communication & presentation skills and attitude towards their work and life.
