Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology, is an autonomous institute set up and 100% funded by Government of Maharashtra. The institute is approved by the All India council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India. The Institute has also signed MOU's with organization of national and international repute for faculty exchange, collaborative research, joint publications, etc. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programme in science, engineering and technology.

Classroom

  • All the classrooms of the college are well furnished with all modern facilities.

Laboratory

  • High performance and Computing Lab will be exclusively for PG and research in the department. Lab will have a high computing server with clusters. Department of Electronics and Telecommunication has well equipped laboratories. The Computer Laboratory, Bio-medical Instrumentation Laboratory and Instrumentation and Control Laboratory are adequately modernized with the grants received under MODROB/R&D/TAPTEC (DCA) schemes of AICTE

Library

  • Library is well-maintained. College has about 40,000 books and around 4000 bound National and International journals. More than 100 journals and periodicals are subscribed to currently which facilitates research in college. Beside this, we have Book Bank Scheme for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students, and a Book Bank scheme for other students also on payment basis

Hostel

  • The college provide 100% accommodation to girls. We also have a 4-winged Boy's hostel with a capacity of around 250 boys. More facilities are under planning.

ExtraCurricular

  • The yearly cultural calendar comprises multiple fun and festive events staged to coincide with Ganesh chaturthi, Kojagiri, Valentine's Day, Dandia, Chocolate Party etc. For the academically inclined folks the institute organizes a national level technical event Pragyaa . Debates, quizzes and many other activities are held throughout the year.
