The establishment stone of new Polytechnic Building was laid by His Highness Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the principal President of India on September 1957. The development of new building occurred right around three years, and in the time of 1960, the instructing of Diploma courses was authoritatively begun at the current polytechnic working as we probably am aware it today. At first just the confirmation courses in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering were advertised.
