Parvataneni Siddhartha College Of Arts And Science is affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University. Siddhartha Academy began its activities in 1975 by founding a much needed Arts and Science college. It was later renamed as Parvataneni Brahmayya Siddhartha College of Arts & Science. It had the illustrious and venerable name of Sri. Anne Radha Krishna Murthy as the first Principal. Institute aim is to strive meet the graduate educational needs of the region, imparting quality instruction for its social, cultural and economic advancement.

Laboratory

  • Spacious laboratories in all the Science Departments equipped with modern scientific equipment exist in the college. Further, the laboratories for Biological Sciences are supplemented by museums. The Zoology museum contains more than 1200 preserved specimens and 400 slides whereas the Botany museum has about 800 specimens and 200 micro slides, besides a large number of instructional charts.

Library

  • The college has a prestigious computerized central library with an excellent collection of text books. Reference books, Journals, ,Periodicals, Magazines, Subject CBTs and databases, Encyclopedias and Dictionaries. The library is extending other services, such as Free internet facility to staff and students, Career guidance cell, Audiovisual reprographic center (AVRC), Photocopier, Career clipping, Display of new arrivals etc.

Hostel

  • Separate hostels for boys and girls exist. A Hostel for boys with modern facilities is maintained by Siddhartha Academy on the campus of Siddhartha Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. The girl students are accommodated in the hostels on the campus of Sri Durga Malleswara Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala. For accomodation in hostels, contact the Principal.

ExtraCurricular

  • Two lecturers look after the cultural and Co-Curricular activities. Students of this college excel in inter-collegiate and state level competitions. Each student should participate in NSS or Games and Sports or Cultural or Eco club or Heritage club or Co-Curricular activities
