Placement

The Training and Placement Cell imparts training to students from first year onwards giving emphasis to motivational skills, communication skills, interpersonal relationship, leadership qualities and other soft skills, group discussions and interview techniques. Resource persons and professionals from reputed Management Institutions along with college faculties train students. The Placement Cell also helps the weak students to improve their academic performance by counseling. These trainings help students to develop their overall personality so as to face the interviews confidently, and secure a job. The cell maintains good relationship with various industries and research institutions in the country and help the students to do their project work as part of the curriculum and also send the students for inplant training and visit. The cell arranges Entrepreneurship Development Camps and guest lectures by inviting experts from industries and organizations. These help to maintain good industry institute interaction and students benefit greatly by such interactions. The cell organizes combined campus recruitment programmes involving students of neighboring institutions. The cell also sends the students to participate in the combined campus recruitment programmes organized by other institutions and professional organizations. Thus every student gets ample opportunities to get placed in reputed IT and other companies even before leaving the campus. The cell also help the students to get overseas employment. Students get the services of the Cell even after they leave the campus until they get placed. The Cell makes use of the help of the alumni to get the students placed.
