KLEF is a pioneer in the field of Engineering Education and Research in private sector in the state of Andhra Pradesh. KLEF established Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering in the year 1980 affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University. The college became Autonomus in the year 2006 and from 2009 onwards it has become Deemed to be University. Institute aim is to impart technical education in cutting edge technologies, inculcating applied research, scholarly inquiry, creative endeavor, through the Knowledge and values based molding of students and make an imprint in the economic and social development of the Nation.
