KCG College of Technology was founded in 1998 to fulfill the Founder-Chairman, Dr KCG Verghese's vision of "Making Every Man a Success and no Man a Failure". It is a Christian minority institution, affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. It's mission is to offer the best engineering education and to develop the young minds into an all-round personality to meet the growing challenges of industries and social needs of the country. It offers undergrduate and postgraduate courses in Engineering and Business Administration.
The Campus Placements for 2011 batch of B.E / B.Tech / M.E / MCA students started with a pleasant note. Infosys Technologies recruited 99 of our students with a conversion ratio of 46.5% which indicates the quality of students and training inputs. 18 Companies have recruited 170 students and percentage of placed students is 65%. Interview process was held both in the campus and in HITs. The students also attended the placement drives organized by TNSLPP of Anna University.
