The Indian Institute of Forest Management is a sectoral management institute, which constantly endeavors to evolve knowledge useful for the managers in the area of Forest, Environment and Natural Resources Management and allied sectors.   • An eighty room fully furnished hostel with separate block for girls is there to accommodate students. The hostel rooms are connected with internet facility through LAN. The Mess is equipped with automated and semi-automated equipment and cooking systems. It is capable of serving about 300 people at-a-time.

ExtraCurricular

  • The Cultural Club believes in infusing the students’ vision into extra-curricular activities and thus creating a fusion of expressions. Cultural activities like singing competitions, fashion shows, antakshari, celebration of festivals etc. are organized right through the year, with every month projecting at least one dimension. The Club also showcases SPIC-MACAY activities in the campus, thus serving as an interface between IIFMites and other youth across the nation.
