The IEC College of Engineering and Technology was started under the aegis of the Vocational Education Foundation (VEF) in the year 1999 VEF itself (VEF) in the year 1999 VEF itself. Education at IEC has several components ranging from Academic matters to Personality Development Programmes. Placement

The Training & Placement Office (T &P) of the College is headed by the Training & Placement Officer along with a group of active students. The T & P Office provides active support in placing the students in industries for Summer Internship experiences and also helps them in placement by inviting companies for conducting Placement Interviews at Campus as well as outside the Campus. Guest Speakers are also invited to provide counseling for career building and help the students to develop effective job strategies. The Institute is fully committed towards quality education both in Theory and Practical.
