Harkamaya College of Education is the part of Rhenock Educational Society. College is affiliated to Sikkim University (Central) and recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). College is to provide prospective teachers the knowledge and understanding of pedagogy, skills essential for quality education, to help teachers in understanding the nature of the child, his/her abilities, aptitude, emotions, instincts, ambitions.
