Gemmological Institute of India (GII) is the first non profit research and educational organisation in the field of Gemmology in India. It is a public institution founded by the Gem and Jewellery Exporters Association, Bombay. Institute was established for the promotion propagation and development of the science of gemstones and research studies in India. Gemmological Institute of India (GII), at Opera House, has designed a special Polished Diamond Grading Course for the Diamond Industry.
