EWIT is one of the pioneering institutes with a full fledged HRD cell and a full time placement officer in the very second year of its inception. The cell not only provides placement assistance but also helps students with career counseling. The cell has been interacting with the leading companies and arranging requisite training to the students in the emerging technologies practiced in the industry. This training imparts the skills that are required in the industry as it is provided through the experts working in industries. The cell is dedicated to help students assess their career interest & aptitude and offers them an opportunity to meet and be interviewed by some of the prestigious firms in the country. It organizes seminars, workshops and group discussions, periodically, on relevant topics to provide students with information on the wide variety of opportunities available for higher studies in India and abroad and career opportunities in various organizations. The center establishes close contact with industrial and business houses through regular newsletters, placement brochures and personal contacts. The cell also organizes regular training programs for quality improvement of the staff.
