Dr. D. Y. Patil Pratishthan was established with the aim of providing education in all fields to the deserving students and thereby helping them to realize their dreams of a career in professional courses. Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research accredited by National Board of Accreditation. It is the only degree college among the twenty five collages affiliated to University of Pune, Pune (M.S) to acquire such a status.

Classroom

  • All classrooms are well furnished.

Laboratory

  • The colleges have well designed spacious laboratories equipped with ultramodern facilities for imparting updated education and training in various subjects of pharmacy. The laboratories are well planned as per the norms and standards of regulatory authorities of the country and are in compliance with international standards too. A spacious instrumentation room is separately set up which houses many sophisticated analytical equipments.

Library

  • The college has very rich collection of latest editions of textbooks, have subscription for various Indian & Foreign journals and periodicals of repute. The institutional memberships from National Chemical laboratories, Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd., and British Council Library, Pune add to the resources to these institutes. Internet facility is provided to the students as well as teachers. Central library facility of Pratishthan is also accessible to Pharmacy students at normal & extended hours.

Hostel

  • Pratishthan has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls in the vicinity of the college building. The hostels are well furnished, airy and are provided with round-the-clock security. There is mess and canteen facility attached to the hostel. Besides these there are private rooms available on rental basis near the college campus at affordable rates. Thus, students have a wide choice for accommodation.

ExtraCurricular

  • The institute promote the students participations in various intercollegiate debate and essay competitions and various student festivals. Every year students celebrate pharmacy week in the month of November and organize exhibitions, poster competitions, street plays and art gallery. This is a forum for students to showcase and display their talents and skills.
