Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College was commenced in the year 1946. In erstwhile college is recognised as a B.J. Medical School. The College imparts super specilaity programmes and advanced facilities for treatment. B.J. Medical College has separte departments, which include Pre-Clinical, Para-Clinical, Surgical Super Specialties, HIV AIDS, Allied Services etc. College imparts undergraduate, postgraduate and Super-specialty programmes and every year 200 admissions and 145 PG admissions are made.
