Institute has trendy classrooms which is fully air conditioned and packed with modern facilities like black boards, OHP, LCD, podium, tables and chairs. The classrooms facilities make academics’ conducive for students. 

Institute has Hi-tech lab which is fully equipped with contemporary equipments and provides knowledge about their programmes. The computer lab has more than 100 latest computers; the lab operates with a wired and wireless LAN.

Babasaheb Gawde Institute of Management Studies (BGIMS) library is spread an over 2,600 sq.ft area with a vast collection of paper and non-paper resources. Institute has a rich collection of over 9000 volumes, including 4000 titles bound volumes of national and international journals, 80 current subscriptions to journals and newspapers and in non-paper resource institute has 1500 educational CDs.

The hostel of the institute is situated just next to the institute building. It can accommodate boys & girls studying in BGIMS. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Extracurricular activities plays an essential role in developing scientific managers and BGIMS knows this very well for which institute organises activities like seminars, guest lecture from experts, Industry visit etc. Institute also celebrate their MAGMA annual inter collegiate management festival in which students from all over Mumbai actively participate in various events simulating the business/real life environment.
