Department of Psychology, Christ University is conducting a two day workshop on Psycho-physiological Monitoring & Biofeedback Therapy on 5 & 6 December, 2014.

This is being organized to provide basic practical exposure to the latest computerized Psychophysiological assessment techniques and Neurofeedback therapy for academicians, professionals and research scholars from the field of psychology, biosciences, computer science and biomedical engineering.

Topics to be discussed:

Biofeedback and Biofeedback basics
Acquiring psycho-physiological signals such as SC/GSR, BVP, Heart Rate, Respiration Rate, Heart Rate Variability, EEG, ECG, EMG, EOG
Analyzing acquired SC/GSR, BVP, Heart Rate, Respiration Rate, Heart Rate Variability, EEG, ECG, EMG, EOG
Neuro-cognitive assessments
Application areas in psychology of all these interventions
