Below are some rules and regulations to be adhered:

• Only outstanding players may be deputed to University team selections
• Every participant is required to produce his identity card and letter of Bonafide by the respective Principal
• Players without swimming kit will not be allowed to participate in the selections
• TA & DA is to be borne by the concerned institute/players
• Swimming selection committee’s decision is final
• All students are requested to bring  SSC, Intermediate Marks Memo along with two passport size photographs
