Jagan Institute of Management Studies, JIMS witnessed a campus drive by Lava International Ltd. on November 23, 2014. Hereby JIMS invited MBA students across the city and Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies was one of them to visit the campus.
Company visited the campus to recruit students from MBA 2015 batch.
Eligibility criteria:
- Candidate must have scored at least 70% in class X & XII and 60% in graduation (for non-engineers)
- Candidate must have scored at least 70% in class X & XII and 65% in graduation (engineering background)
Selection process:
- AMCAT
- GD
- PI Technical + HR (face to face rounds)
- Interview Date:
- End of November 2014
Compensation:
- During Training:-2.75 LPA (6 Months)
- Post Training :- 3.5 LPA (Fixed CTC +Variable CTC{ which will depend on performance and can be earned up to 150 % (Support Function) to 200 % (Sales Role) subject to their performance achievement})
