NBA School of Mass Communication, New Delhi added another feather to their cap when it got awarded with a bronze medal amongst the top national media colleges at the recently held “Edutainment Awards”. The edutainment show was hosted by Laqshya Media Group and Event Capital, with the awards ceremony held in Mumbai.

This two-day event exhibited the changing scenario of Indian media and entertainment industry, giving students deeper insight about the exciting career options at the undergraduate and graduate level. The awards are considered to be very prestigious in the media, mass communication & design institutes fraternity. This award is given as a mark of excellence to the institutes who have made a shining contribution to the education of their respective subject.

The colleges were felicitated under various categories across media and design arena where many popular educational institutes had participated. Some notable personalities and speakers who took part in this event were fashion designer Neeta Lulla, ace choreographer- Terrence Lewis, Ashit Kukian - COO Radio City, Anant Rangaswami, Editor, CNBC TV 18, Kanika Mohan Saxena- Head of Marketing (India), Prime Focus World and many more.

The jury comprised of 20 eminent personalities from the media world, to name a few, Lajwanti D Souza, Managing Editor, Pagalguy, Pranjal Khindadiya, Head, Sony Pictures, Dr Bhaskar Das, Group CEO, Zee Media Corporation Ltd. Sanjeet Saha, Star TV, Nikhil Garth D'rozario, Film Producer, Brian Tellis, Director, Fountainhead Events.

This award is a new milestone in the 12 year long journey of NBA Group of Institutions.
