With candidate convenience being its focus, unique candidate friendly features were introduced in the registration process this year. Features like single sign-on, inclusion of 12 mobile wallet options for easy payment along with addition of 5 new test centers and 3 top quality institutions (Xavier University, Bhubaneswar; MISB Bocconi and Shiv Nadar University) in the NMAT by GMAC accepting institutions have significantly contributed to the overall growth trajectory of the NMAT by GMAC exam in India.

Commenting on the achievement, Mr Vikram Shah, Director - Product Management, GMAC said, “GMAC’s focus is to provide the tools and information necessary for schools and talent (candidates) to discover and evaluate each other. With the introduction of candidate convenient features like Single Sign-on, additional test access, the flexibility of payment modes and 19 accepting institutions, NMAT by GMAC is poised to be the most candidate friendly management entrance exam in India.

With 39% women and 46% non-engineers in the registration pool, NMAT by GMAC continues to be the most diverse management education test in India which reflects continued confidence of candidates in our core mission and active promotion of admission test being a platform of selection as opposed to elimination. We are working closely with the 19 NMAT by GMAC accepting institutions to help them evaluate the talent coming through the NMAT by GMAC exam into their respective classroom.”

Gaurav Srivastava, Regional Director, South Asia, GMAC said “The NMAT by GMAC exam offers candidates unparalleled convenience in terms of the overall testing experience and sending their online scores to multiple schools free of cost. Schools also enjoy benefits like free access to a large and diverse set of candidates who are interested in them through a state of the art dashboard which allows them to grow their applicant pool and diversify their student body.”
This achievement reaffirms NMAT by GMAC’s efforts of making the exam more candidate-friendly while remaining committed to the MBA aspirants’ space and quality schools that subscribe to the test.

NMAT by GMAC has always aimed to provide students with the best opportunities and also offers preparation material to its applicants both online (NMATPrep) and offline (official guide for NMAT by GMAC) that includes retired questions from previous years.
