Students of Department of Physics and Department of Chemistry semester 6, of Government Degree College (GDC), Kullu, were bid adieu by throwing a farewell party.

All the students of semester 4 of Department of Physics and Chemistry played hosts at the event. The farewell was a well-organised event where there were strict instructions given to the students to have a proper conduct.

All the juniors expressed their gratitude towards their seniors for their held and support. Dance and song items were performed.

Mr. Farewell title of Department of Physics was bagged by Ravi while Sheetal was awarded the title of Miss Farewell of Department of Physics. On the other hand, Sushant and Ravina became Mr. and Miss Farewell respectively from Department of Chemistry.

Government Degree College Kullu founded in the year 1967. The college caters to the needs of students of Kullu, Lahaul & Spiti, and Mandi Districts. The college is affiliated to H.P. University, Shimla. At present it runs graduate courses in Arts, Science and Commerce, postgraduate courses in M.A. English and Economics, B.C.A. and B.B.A. There are the well-equipped computer lab, well-stocked library and hostels facilities for boys and girls.
