Admission seassion is on at HMR Institute of Technology and Management. To prevent the practice of ragging in the campus, HMRITM has introduced an anti-ragging affidavit. Student has to fill the affidavit at the time of admission.
By signing this affidavit, student takes the oath not to indulge in any kind of activities that may be constituted as ragging under clause 3 of the UGC Regulations.

Documents required at the time of registration:
- Admission slip issued by GGSIPU
- Mark Sheet of 10th class duly attested
- Certificate of 10th class pass indicating the date of birth duly attested
- Mark-sheet of 12th class pass duly attested
- Certificate of 12th class pass duly attested
- Graduation pass certificate along with mark sheet for admission in MBA/MCA
- Character Certificate
