SRMJEEE Counselling 2020- SRM University is the conducting body of SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination 2020. The candidates should register themselves to give the examination which is expected to be conducted in the month of April 2020. The admit cards for the same will be available online few days before the exam. Merit list of the candidates will be published as a part of SRMJEEE Result 2020 followed by the counselling process of Joint Engineering Entrance Examination of SRM University. The counselling will be held in the month of May 2020 and the qualified candidates will be given admission to various institutes according to their rank and score in SRMJEEE 2020.

SRM University will release the counselling call letter for those candidates who have qualified in the joint entrance test. The candidates can download SRMJEEE 2020 Counselling call letter by entering their application number, programme into which they have applied for, date of birth and the captcha showed on the screen. Those selected candidates for SRMJEEE Counselling 2020 should report at the campus of SRM University for the seat allotment process with their respective counselling call letter. Seats will be provided to the candidates as per their rank and score they have secured in the entrance examination of the same.

The candidates should attend the counselling session in person as the verification of documents will be done during counselling. Counselling will be done both offline and online mode. No other person except the candidate will be allowed to attend SRMJEEE 2020 Counselling process. The second round of the counselling will be held in online mode if vacant seats are still to be filled even after the first round of the counselling. Once the seats are allotted, candidates should pay the SRMJEEE tuition fee otherwise the application of the candidate may consider invalid or disqualified. Those candidates who have made to the merit list will be called for the counselling. In order to participate in the SRMJEEE counselling and seat allotment process, the candidate should qualify the entrance examination.

The result of SRMJEEE 2020 will be announced in the month of May 2020. The result includes the score card, rank and other details of the candidate. According to the ranks, the candidates will be called for the counselling process. Merit list of the candidates will be prepared by the admission committee.

SRMJEEE 2020 Counselling Procedure

The first round of the counselling of SRMJEEE 2020 will be held in offline mode. How to participate in SRMJEEE 2020 Counselling?

• Enter your SRMJEEE 2020 application number, rank, Programme applied for and date of birth.
• Candidates must keep soft copy of their qualifying marks sheet in jpg format (file size 500 KB) for uploading online.
• For kattankulathur campus, the candidates should have obtained PCM/PCB 60% and above, for Ramapuram campus, Vadapalani & NCR campus, 50% and above in PCM/PCB.
• Pay registration fee of Rs.10,000 and full tuition fee for the campus and programme that you will choose.
• Choose the branch/stream and campus as per your eligibility
• Upload your qualifying marks sheet (+2 / B.Tech marks sheet)
• Enter the SBI Collect Transaction Reference Number/DU Number and Amount
• SRM University will check the programme eligibility and Payment credit confirmation and then allocate the seat as per the eligible
• Re-login the next working day to download the Provisional Allotment Letter.

SRMJEEE 2020 Counselling Documents for Verification

The original documents along with a set of photocopies are supposed to be submitted by the applicants during the SRMJEEE 2020 counselling session. Applicants will not be able to proceed further in the admission process if the documents are not verified properly. The following documents will have to be presented for the verification process.

• SRMJEEE 2020 Counselling Letter
• SRMJEEE Admit Card 2020
• 10th Standard Mark Sheet
• 10+2th Standard (or equivalent) examination Mark Sheet
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Demand Draft for the amount specified in counselling letter. The draft should be drawn in favour of “SRMIST” payable at Chennai.

SRMJEEE 2020 Allotment of Seats

The seat allotment process of SRMJEEE 2020 will start once the document verification process is done. The applicants will be allotted seats into the available engineering seats of SRM University as per their rank, score card, category and more. The applicants should be present physically during the allotment process. The second round of the allotment process will be done in online mode. Once the allotment of a branch is done, no changes can be made. The applicants should pay the tuition fees to confirm the allotted seat.
