IBPS PO 2020 Eligibility Criteria

The IBPS PO 2020 eligibility criteria have been made available for those who are willing to take IBPS PO exam 2020. IBPS eligibility criteria will help the students to check their chances to appear in this recruitment exam scheduled to be conducted later this year in the months of October and November. 

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) advises the aspirants to check the eligibility before starting with the IBPS PO 2020 application process for the nationalised bank recruitment exam 2020.

IBPS PO 2020 Eligibility criteria:

Aspirants willing to apply for Probationary Officer (PO) can check the following compiled a list of the minimum eligibility criteria set for IBPS PO entrance exam 2020:

  • The foremost eligibility criteria to apply for IBPS Bank PO Exam is that the candidate must be graduate from a university recognized by the Central Government

  • Candidates must be aged as per the age limits specified by the exam body. The suggested age limit is between 20 years and 30 years as on August 1, 2020

  • The exam conducting body also takes into account a relaxation of age limit for candidates belonging to the reserved category

  • Candidates should be proficient in the local language of their respective states

  • Candidates should possess an Indian citizenship to apply for the same

  • Candidates who are citizens of Nepal, Bhutan and Tibetan refugees who have moved to India before January 1, 1962 and are immigrants of other nations with an Indian origin are also eligible to apply

In a very short span of time, ‘IBPS Bank Exams’ have matured into one of the biggest and preferred platform for those who are willing to pursue or kick start their career in the banking industry as a Probationary Officer (PO), Clerk or a Specialist Officer (SO).
