There are 4 ways of obtaining the VITEEE 2012 Application Form (which will be available from 5th Dec 2011):

1. Obtain the VITEEE 2012 application form from designated post offices on cash payment of Rs.950.

2. Send a DD (computerised DD) for Rs.950 drawn in favour of “VIT University” payable at Vellore along with a request letter containing your complete address & mobile number. Post this to:

3. Hand over a DD of Rs.950 in person & obtain the application form from any of these 3 addresses:

4. Apply online here. Take a print out of the application form and send it along with any of the following three:

• DD of Rs.900 Drawn in favour VIT University, payable at Vellore
• Copy of Bank Challan for Rs.900
• Use the Net Banking for Rs.900

Returning the Completed Application:

• After filling up the application form, please check if all the items have been correctly filled and appropriate codes indicating your exact choice have been put in the right spaces provided against each. You should go through the checklist available on the inside front cover of the brochure. 
• Also ensure that you have followed the instructions for completing the computerized OMR application form (section-19 in the brochure) before mailing the application.
• The application should be refolded only along the original fold and inserted in the envelope provided.
• Your application should be sent through either Registered Post / Speed Post in the self-addressed envelope provided by VIT so as to reach the office positively on or before February 29, 2012.
• Before despatching the application form ensure that you have filled in the correct Test City Code and tick the checklist on the envelope provided.

 Last date for receipt of completed Application Form: 29th Feb 2012.
