GITAM GAT 2020 Application Form- The application form of GITAM GAT 2020 will be made available in the month of November 2020 in both online and offline mode. The aspirants can fill up the online application form from the official website as far as offline application form is concerned, the aspirants can obtain it neither from Director- Admissions nor from banks listed. The application fee is INR 1000 for male candidates and INR 600 for female candidates. The candidates should have a recent passport size color photograph and a valid email ID and Mobile number before filling up the registration/application form of GITAM GAT 2020. The aspirants are required to be ready with these before filling up the application form of GITAM GAT 2020.

GITAM GAT is a university level examination conducted by the Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) to offer admissions to various courses in its campuses.  GAT (GITAM Admission Test) is a computer based entrance test for the candidates seeking admission in UG & PG courses in the field of technology and pharmacy. This entrance examination is considered to give admission in various courses offered by GITAM University and its three campuses located in Bengaluru, Vishakhapatnam, and Hyderabad.

Before Filling GITAM GAT 2020 Application Form

• Candidates should check their eligibility before applyi9ng for the entrance examination of GITAM 2020
• Candidates can only submit a single application form of GITAM GAT 2020. Multiple submissions from the same candidate will be rejected.
• Once the details are filled in the GAT Application form 2020, the candidates are supposed to cross check the information before submitting. No changes can be made in the application form of GITAM GAT 2020 after fee payment.
• The University will not take up the responsibility for any delay or any loss of application form.

Procedure to Fill GITAM GAT 2020 Application Form

GAT 2020 Online Application Form

GITAM GAT 2020 is a computer based online entrance test organized by the GITAM university to provide admission to various UG, PG Technology & Pharmacy Programs in its various campuses across the country; Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. Candidates are expected to follow the following steps to fill up the Application Form for GITAM GAT 2020.

1. Filling in the Personal Details

Candidates should fill all their personal details in the required fields. All the fields marked *compulsory must be filled by the candidates. These are the required details needed to fill up the application form of GITAM GAT 2020.

Click on “Submit” after selecting “Declaration”

2. Uploading Photograph

• The second step is to upload a scanned digital image of the candidate’s photograph as per the specifications that have been mentioned below:
• Candidates can edit or else continue to next to Upload Photo.
• Candidates will receive the Registration Number and then they are supposed to upload their Photograph only in JPG format.

Click on “Submit” button and after the photograph has been uploaded, candidates can modify or edit any of the information that they have entered in the GITAM GAT 2020 Application Form. The last step is the payment of registration fee. Candidates will not be allowed to modify any details, once payment of the application/registration fee is done.

3. Payment of Registration Fees

One of the last steps is to make payment of the registration fees. The registration fee for the GITAM GAT Admission Test 2020 is INR 1,000 for male candidates and INR 600 for female candidates.

The payment can be done through Online Payment Gateway i.e. Credit/Credit (Master/Visa) or Demand Draft.

Demand Draft – If the candidates are planning of paying the application fee via DD, candidates must pay the Application Fee Amount in favor of “Director Admissions” payable at a Scheduled Banks and reach the address mentioned below before the last date of submission. Candidates must enter the DD details -DD Number, DD Date, Amount paid and Bank details as well.

After Submission of GITAM GAT 2020 Application Form, candidates are required to take the print out of the Application Form of GAT 2020. Candidates are advised to take two copies of the print out of the Application Form. A copy of the completed form along with the Demand Draft has to be reached the ‘Director-Admissions’ before the given deadline otherwise the application will be considered invalid.

Submitting Offline Application Form of GITAM GAT 2020

• It can be drawn from Director Admissions by sending a request on plain paper.
• A Demand Draft of INR 150 must be drawn in favor of “GITAM University” which can be payable at Vishakhapatnam on any scheduled Bank before March 2020.

Procedures of GITAM GAT 2020 Offline Application Form

• The procedure to fill up the application form is as same as that of online application form procedure
• The application form should be filled in their own handwriting
• The Application Fee must be sent through Demand Draft to GITAM University.
• Candidates are required to write their Application Number on the reverse side of the Demand Draft.
