CEED result 2020 will be declared on March 5, 2020. Candidates will be able to check their results online at IIT Bombay website after the result link is activated. CEED scorecard 2020 will also be released on the same day. Candidates who qualify CEED 2020 will be able to download their scorecards from the official website of IIT Bombay. Hard copies of the scorecards will not be sent to any candidate personally. So the candidates need to take the printout of their CEED 2020 scorecard from the website.

IIT Bombay conducts CEED every year for students seeking admission in Master of Design programme in IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Hyderabad and IISc Bangalore. Candidates who clear the exam are called for the next round of admission by the colleges in which they want to get admission to pursue Master in Design (M.Des.) or Ph.D. The Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) is held to check an applicant’s knowledge in the field of designing like drawing, reasoning, taking decisions based on certain properties and other skills necessary for the profession.

Post the examination, IIT Bombay announces CEED results to take the admission process further. A list of passed candidates is uploaded on the official website of CEED conducting body which is IIT Bombay. 

CEED 2020 will be conducted on January 20, 2020 by IIT Bombay in 20 cities across India. The number of examination centres can be increased or decreased based on the requirement at the time of the exam. 

CEED 2020 Results Highlights

• Once the CEED exam is conducted on January 20, 2020, IIT Bombay will declare CEED 2020 results on March 05, 2020.
• Applicants will be eligible for admission only after scoring qualifying marks in CEED examination.
• Students will be allowed to download CEED 2020 score cards till March 10, 2020.
• CEED score is valid for a period of one year from the date of declaration of the results.

• Login using registered email-id
• Click on CEED results 2020
• CEED 2020 score card will appear
• Download CEED 2020 result and take a printout
• Keep a copy for future references

Also, qualified candidates are recommended to take the CEED score card with them at the time of admission along with the required documents for verification and IIT admission fees.

M. Des Admission Process in IIT

Candidates should note that qualifying CEED examination does not guarantee admission in IITs or IISc Bangalore. Fulfilling the admission criteria of the preferred institute is mandatory.

Aspirants must also note that the admission criteria of every institute are different. After the announcement of results, qualified candidates can apply to the institute of their choice.
